Good luck, you'll have a to be a big fatty to start off with. Exercise until you can barely stand up and eat healthily and little.

Weight loss is something that has been a major factor in the World of people obese.
I lost 11 pounds in 3 days.
I do not recommend it for anyone, but I just didn't eat and drank lots and lots of water. That is a horrible way to lose weight and yes it works, but it hurts too!

The best way to lose weight is exercise and watch what you eat and lower that carbohydrate you eat. The less carbs you eat will induce your body to start feeding off of stored fat and that is a fact!

Your body is a machine that requires energy (food), and it stores the conversion of sugar to fat in your body.

This is because should you not be able to eat for a few days for what ever the reason is, your body will start taking from the storage bank.
Now, if you cut down on the carbs, the body can't have anything to store and at the same time it must meet the demand for the carbs, so it starts to feed from your bank to replace the loss and in effect you lose weight.
It is really amazing how our body works.
You have what we call Fat burners and Sugar burners.
You eat bread it turns to sugar and sugar turns too fat.
Once you understand what your system is doing you can then control it and keep a balance in your diet with exercise and live long and healthy, but it is a job to do that a job that most people fail and take for granted that they can eat anything they want and this is not healthy to do.

You must tackel the responsibility that is required from YOU....to insure that your body stays healthy and has plenty of fluids...so drink at least a gallonof water a day. It is real good for you to do this.
Your immune system will get stronger, you will feel better and won't get sick as much either.

Not going to happen, unless you currently weigh in excess of 600 lbs. Then only maybe. But if you want to lose weight rather quickly (but realistically), you might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent (not backbreaking) workout as well.

For slimming, different people, different type of method, as you know everyone body is different.

Have you tried detox? It will work for others. The initial stage for detox is that you will start to notice that your fecal will smell very very awful compare to what you had normally. As all the bad stuffs is being cleared away from your stomach but that is a normal symptom of detox.

And that why normally people have diarrhoea, they will slim down alots. There is only out no in... :)

And another method is to increase your metabolism, that is, stay healthy, drink plenty of plain water and sleep early.

It would be unhealthy to try. Diets are okay and everything, but they can decrease your metabolism, causing your body to conserve fat. What you really need is some long, slow aerobic exercise. Go for at least 12-15 minutes per day, and don't stop doing this once you get rid of the weight you want to get rid of.
