Well, i have been knwing this guy for about 1 month and he was playing me this whole time we were together but he also has this twwin that is vute also and i think i like him should i go with him or stay free of both of them so i won't be considered a hoe?

If one brother played you, more than likely so will the other one. And if they are anything like my brothers you would be off limits to the other one. Brothers don't date each other's girlfriends.
You also need to start picking men on something other than how they look.
