Lose some weight, fat usually goes from the face and upper body first.
There are exercises you can do contracting your lower jaw muscles etc. but I'm not sure how good they are. Try losing a few pounds first.

not trying to be cruel but the only way to get rid of a double chin is to lose weight and alcohol can bloat your face so if you drink a lot then try cutting down - there are no specific exercises that you can do that i know of anyway but if there are you can let me know - good luck with it

A little chin exercise:

Open your mouth wide, tip your head back then, slightly pushing your jaw forward close your mouth again. You should be able to feel the muscles tighening

Try drinking alot more, do no exercise, and eat lots of hamburgers. Then you won't have a double chin any more - you'll have a neck that merges with your head with so many folds of flesh that were it to be the waves of a ocean would make even Chay Blyth seasick.

I think the best option you got is to see a doc. but don't ever dislike yourself man. That's the chin God gave to you and I think you better take good care of it so that when He comes one day and asks you about it, you will have a good answer to tell Him. You must remember that 'your body is the temple of the Lord'.Good luck bro.

Lose weight or stick your tounge out and try and touch your nose it tightens the muscles on your chin

pat under ur chin every morning for a few mins , it helps firm skin up ,. also loosing a lil weight could help if u have a weight prob

Its a fat build up you,ll need to burn it off with cardio workouts
