Prescott, Arizona, USA for sure. But we all are different. Someone who likes the Arts and entertainment would not like it there. They would choose New York or a larger city. I hate traffic, crowdedness, commute times etc. To me that is a low level of living. Give me clear skies, less traffic, and mild winters.

i'd choose to move to another one? one similar in whether and proximity to the beach (i live in south florida) but a place cheaper and less crouded (i got stuck in a traffic jam last night at almost 9 pm).
