A "course"??...HEART SURGEONS, and others trained in performing these extremely serious operations spend years in medical school. The cardiac nurses, anatheologists,and staff are trained in their fields.
Perhaps you should consider going to college, medical school and work in a hospital that does open heart surgeries to see whats involved.
It is a great career for the highly educated and professionally trained individual.

Of course you can. But, you need to get a Dyson vacuum cleaner. A set of Barbecue Tongs and a Good pair of wellington boots!

You could try. But, you would need a lot of different tools, gizzmos, and other stuff. And plus... if it were in your house a lot of people wouldn't think of you as a pro.
If you did get people who needed surgery... you could probably make a couple thousand. not guarenteed though! that's if the patient survives!

Practicing medicine without a license is illegal, and it appears that you don't have the intellect to actually BECOME a doctor.
