It means to be a giver of love but don't forget to also be a receiver. Be careful of what you wish for you just might get it. The universe when it hears your deepest most desires, doesn't know cliche's and sayings. It takes things litterally. For instance if you say I want money. There you will be wanting money always wanting and never having.Instead say Universe I thank you for the prosperity that you are about to bestow on me.

I like it. It gives one a good guiding principle (love and speak well). Reminds me of the buddhist notions of "Right Speech" and Karma.

It is saying that spread love instead of hate & watch what you say to people cause those things will come back to you in one way or another. I love that quote cause it is how life is. Your tongue is your sword. It can cut very deep.
