Find a movie that you both want to see. Ask him to go see it with you, and go out for a drink afterward.

ASK HIM IF U COULD TALK TO HIM ALONE.......
STRAIGHT AWAY U WILL BE ABLE TO TELL IF HE WANTS U
IF U THINK HE DOES TELL HIM U LIKE HIM AND IF U THINK HE DOESNT LIKE U MAKE SOMETHING UP WHY U WANTED TO TALK TO HIM.
