Go and join a class . Self defense is a hands on thing . If you read about this and dont actually try the techniques out and practice you are grave danger of leading yourself into a false sense of security .

I recomend something like Ju Jitsu . this encompasses lots of varied martial arts self techinques

Good Luck

Clips can not really teach you anything unless you are in a real school or dojo while practicing while learning how to apply what you are seeing. Practice make perfect and not getting beat up because you made an error is also a good thing. Am I speaking from experience.

I am a Certified Internatonial Grand Master as well as being a Ju-Dan (Tenth Degree Black Belt in various forms of the martial arts)............... Also my Certifications are accepted world wide by everyone with no exceptions or exclusion, So If you wish to know which forms, Please take the time to e-mail back back and I will share that information with you...........................

i do not suggest using training clips to learn ow to defend yourself. ads many people previously have mentioned self defence requires hands on practice not waching an expert in a video.

seeing as my opinion on selfdefense clipswas not what you asked for try these sites:~

{ www.expertvillage.com } and type in self sdefence or martial arts of whatever.

{ www.youtube.com } and search whatever aspect of self defence you require.
