I am on Diclofenac and Tramadol prescribed by my GP. I need to know whether i can take these medications with me without risking imprisonment or whether i can get those or equivalent medication while i'm away. It would also be of benefit to get some alternative treatments while i'm away. Surgery is a last resort so i'd be more than happy to try other options if anyone knows cures for Sciatica.

No problem. get a letter from your doctor explaining you need them, if it makes you feel happier. I travelled to Oz with a years supply of medications and nobody ever stopped me or questioned me at all about them. Have a good time.

I was on both of them for my back but now on morphine salts you can take prescription drugs abroad just take them in their packets.I have just got back from Perth and flew by Emerites the seating and leg room in econamy wasn't very good so i was up walking the aisles to stop getting back spasms. If you can afford it go buisness class you will have loads of room and the seats are comfortable .good luck don't forget the flight socks lol

you can travel with these drugs as i use them and travel frequently. be careful though if you transit through the middle east.
The only cure for sciatica is gonna get you in the end (death) everything else just relieves the symptoms.

Why travel now? Can you sit firm till you recover? Travel is enjoyable but only when you are healthy. Think it over again.

I hope the comment regarding death was a joke - it's really not funny and not at all helpful!!!
