How do YOU know 'they mean yes' when you hear no. No means NO, dummy.
Women need a connection, feelings, intimacy before they take all their clothes off and do the nasty with a man. Love would be even better. I know a lot of men who approach sex the same as me. But of course, there have always been prostitutes: male and female so find one of those kind of girls if you just want to sink your torpedo somewhere.

I can only speak for myself. There are times when I really mean no(well this only actually happened once or twice when I felt sick due to drinking).
As for your question. Two reasons: A fun ploy. I don't wan't to appear easy although I am anxious to have it.
