If regular coffee keeps you focused, depending on what is in the coffee that makes you focused (I am assuming the caffiene, but there's other stuff in coffee that might help you, I don't know). Decaf coffee still has some caffeine in it. They can't take out ALL of the caffeine, so it might still help you, just not as much

The compound that "keeps you focused" in coffee is caffeine. It would therefore be illogical to presume that decaffeinated coffee would have the same effect.
It has been recently discovered, however, that decaffeinated coffee does indeed have a significant amount of caffeine in it.
The problem with caffeine, though, is its low persistance in the body. If you wanted to be mentally focused for any appreciable length of time then you should consider aniractem, oxiracetam, DMEA, or centrophenoxine instead.

No. the caffeine in normal coffee is what keeps you awake and is also the stimulant that you can get addicted too. if you need an energy boost why not try a juice instead? they're healthy while benefiting you!
