From what I understand, Vista just copied Linux. But Microsteal is having to cut out several things because they are already at least 2 years behind in releasing Vista.
If you are familiar with Linux, then you can already have the new Vista and much more for FREE if you use Linux.

currently MS says the date to be january,2007 but may change as has in the past!!

microsoft now says in the spring and are giving certificates for free upgrades this holliday season to pepole who buy new computers with xp installed
