I've had dry cracked heels for as long as I can remember,, I think it may have something to do with the fact that I spend a lot of time barefoot, and perhaps a little to do with poor posture. The only way I get mine to heal up is pretty intensive, I soak them in warm soapy water for 10 mins or so, scrub with foot scrub then pumice, then apply a good foot lotion liberally and leave to soak in. Once that's soaked in rub in a little of an intensive heel balm, put on some socks and leave to soak over night. Do this every day for a couple of weeks and you should have lovely soft heels, then you need to do it once a week to keep them that way!!

Try pure Shea butter, rub into heals twice a day and place a cotton sock over them in couple of days they'll look like new. After your shower or bath, use a pumice stone to remove excess dry skin and then apply the butter. Or go get a good pedicure, and they will remove all the dry skin for you so you just have to keep cream on them to keep it that way.

Get a pumice stone, have a good soak in the bath and rub that to remove dead skin cells, then moisturise well. You could also try olive oil - smear some over the heels then wrap feet in a warm towel - just don't get the oil on the carpet... :)

The cause of dry heels that I know is when you are exposed to excessive heat or maybe harmful ultra violet rays. But I think you should try aloe vera. It may help curb it. Good luck bro.
