He is 14 and about 2 years and 10 months younger than me, but I can't help it, he has told my that he always fancied me since he was 8, which really flattered me I suppose, as now he is gourgeous, the thing is we have to keep it secret as I'm terrified of what my friend would think of me being in love with her brother! We have kissed a few times, but secretly, I'd love to be his girlfriend but I'm afraid of what could happen!

What exactly is your question? If you like him, go for it, you are both are not adults. It's not illegal.
