NO-Unfortunally not - that would be an extra 1000 dollar acc. but a great thing to have!!
Some Insurance companies if you tell them you have that will drop your rates a little!!

only a few makers offer this but it is only an option. your standers car will not have one unless it is installed by the dealer or owner
