How about if you were someone who brought about a positive force in this world and then chose an appropriate vehicle for worship for yourself.
What every one of those "religions" including athesism teaches, is a responsibility to self: Not to make decisions that have irrepairable consequences. Love your neighbor as you love yourself....I repeat....love yourself, respect yourself .......and share that with everyone in your world....
Happiness is a lack of stress and drama. Go to your higher power and ask for strength to follow the path chosen for you. And trust in Him that that path is good, no matter the obstacles you have encounter. Make responsible decisions and the obstacles lessen.
Sometimes He allows us to endure a struggle. This builds our character and teaches everyone but the atheist that man does turn to God.
I personally really like the Olympic Creed:
"The most important thing in the Olympic Games is not to win but to take part, just as the most important thing in life is not the triumph, but the struggle. The essential thing is not to have conquered, but to have fought well."
Live your life well. For honor. To honor those who have lived and those who have died. This is a temporal place. Once your mind can concieve of your mortality, then things start to fall into priorities.
What is really important? Relationships with family, and friends. People close to you whom you can show what the love of God is through your interactions with them.
I also like this verse from the Bible, there are 5 other verses that state "make a joyful noise":
Psalm 100:1
[ His Steadfast Love Endures Forever ] A Psalm for giving thanks.
Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth!
Psalm 100:1-3 (in Context) Psalm 100 (Whole Chapter)
Stop and smell the roses.
Don't worry, be happy.
The father loves you.
Life is a gift, live well, my friend.

That answer to this question won't be found on Yahoo! Answers. You will have to decide for yourself if you wish to be religious or not... Read a little about all those different faiths. And then you can decide whether or not it'll make you happy.
You could, on the other hand, believe in what you want. Persure happiness, then you're bound to be happy eventually.

Go placidly amid the noise and the haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible, without surrender,
be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
and listen to others,
even to the dull and the ignorant;
they too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons;
they are vexatious to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others,
you may become vain or bitter,
for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs,
for the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
many persons strive for high ideals,
and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection.
Neither be cynical about love,
for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment,
it is as perennial as the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years,
gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
Beyond a wholesome discipline,
be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God,
whatever you conceive Him to be.
And whatever your labors and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life,
keep peace in your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.

Are you expecting your case to be resolved through this question? It is not like you are not sure whether to buy the blue or the green shirt!
Now every believer will tell you to go for their faith. I can quote you hundreds of verses from the Quran and so would do people from the Bible and so on. What would you do? Do your homework! Read, research and pray for guidance and find your happiness yourself.
May Allah guide you
Peace

Forget the labels, forget what everyone else says you have to do to be happy. Find your own way. Nobody can tell *you* how to be happy. It takes some work. If you're willing to work for it, you can find it.

What would make me happy, would be able to tell you how to be happy.
But what would make you happy? No matter who you are, making other people happy will always make you happy. Thats my answer...

you may find it when you believe in your self
and don't compare your self with others but compare your inside with your outside
and always remember that happiness comes when you are content what you have done and with what you are, happy people look on their goals ,their motives, their feelings
ISLAM IS HAPPENS

Do as you please without hurting anyone else intentionally, because you cannot please everyone.
I am afraid I do not know enough about these religions to fully answer your question, but to be happy first you must learn to accept what you really want out of life and go for it. Best wishes
