If none of those programs found anything it's unlikely to be amalware problem but I'm no expert. If you want to have a better idea download Hijackthis:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php#hijackthis
Unzip it and make sure it's in its own folder. Run it and choose scan and save log and nothing else(see source).
Go here:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/forums.php
It's a list of sites that you can post a log file for this program on and then people who are experienced with these things can give you an idea if there's something wrong with your computer.

I am no computer geek but have you tried running your disk cleanup program and have you defraged your computer lately? If not go start, programs, accessories, system tools, then select disk clean up and check all the boxes and hit OK. Then do the same thing only this time go to Disk Defragmentor. If you have not done this before or in a long time it will take a while. I do it every couple of days and it keeps things running much better and doesn't take as long if you do it more often. This is simple but I have found that a lot of people don't do it.

have you tried disk defragmentation and cleanup? i do that every month or so and it puts in order all of the temporary files and scattered info organizing the computer. this has nothing to do with viruses, but this could be a possilble cause of slowing down your computer. after i defragment it and clean it, it goes a bit faster than usual afterwards.

go to Start->All Programs ->Accessories -> System tools -> first do System Clean up, after its done, do Disk Defragmenter. it takes a long time, so leave it working until its done.

It's most likely your registry. Try going to www.downloads.com and getting a program that can fix your registry, my favorite programs are registry mechanic, pc bug doctor, and error doctor.
