I am a very nice guy but I keep having girls break up with me because they say I am too nice. Is that even possible?

OH yes it is possible! When we say, "nice guy," we mean one who isn't mean or violent. Beyond that, we don't want someone who is a doormat.
The bad kinds of "nice guys" always try to be what we want. That is also called sucking up, and no one wants to spend time with a suck up for too long.
Your best bet is to just stop trying to get girls to like you and be yourself.

Yes it is. Be the one in control !! They want a nice guy, but some guys are too nice. For example, you're going out and you just keep telling her "We'll go wherever you want to go." Be the one in control, don't do that ! You should just decide on a place to go in that example. Also, you're probably sort of predictable, which is something that inevitably comes along with being too nice. Be crazy !

ok, being a girl myself, yes it is possible, girls are attracted to some kind of on edge action...onew of my ex's was too nice and it didnt give any edge to the relationship...sometimes people try too hard to be too nice too!....dont change whatever ytou do, there is always someone out there for ewach of us!...im not sure of any advice i can give so to speak, but just try to let yourself lose once in a while especially if you are keeping it in for the sake of the girl!...find out what she likes and doesnt before hand though....good luck honey, and im glad to know that there are some truly nice guys like you out there!

Saying you are too nice means you are boring. I think women loves nice men...men that respect them. Yet at the same time, they don't want to be bored out of their minds. Doing the same things all the time makes you feel like you are in slump. Mix things up a little. Do things out of the norm that you always wanted to do.

Yes it is possible. They may see you as not having a spine and feel like they can walk over you. The girls you choose may be use to the rough necks. But you just do you and God will send you someone who will appreciate your personality.

this is a little hard to explain..you can be to nice. They may think you are not giving an honest opinion, because you are to nice and dont want to hurt their feelings. Or everything is always their decision youknow "What do you want to do" "I dont care wherever you want to eat", that is boreing, its like a one way relationship. Get what I am saying, show how you feel dont lie and let her choose everything.

yes thats possible, u know nice guys r boring, the relationship doesnt have that charm or wat do u say that something is missing, soo try being nice, but a little bit of bad is not all that bad, u shud know how to keep a balnce, so as to make that girl stick to u, not more than that, got it

Yes it is.Try finding out what they mean by too nice.If it because of beliefs in God or being polite don't change that,but if it is a bedroom thing do some research on what women like.

That is exactly true. We as women like the kinda "bad boy" type. We're independent and don't expect all the niceties that "nice guys" give. Hey Man, put me over you knee and I'm happy!

Yes it is-- they want nice guys --for the trust, talks , walks, dancing, ect--- but not nice guys who sit on the couch and watch t v-- they want men to love them, but not be there servant-- and to some being toooo nice is the kiss of death-- really they mean-boring I think women really need to decide what they want before trying to cahnge us-- its the women's way----
