Anyone know a good free download to overwrite all deleted files and blank space on my hard drive??

please do clarify what you need.....if you have deleted something then it will not reappear to you unless you use recovery program,
so theres no need to worry about them.
well,still if you wanna utilize your memoryspace effectively then i will suggest you to please keep DEFGRAMENTING your hard drive regularly.
here is the path to do that
start menu >>programs>>acessories>>system tools>>*defragment.*
and still not satisfied.....then simply format your that
troubling drive but this will lead you to loose all data
stored at that drive.
here's way to do so(suppose if you have format drive name D:)
startmenu>> Run>>commond prompt>> *type c:\format D:*
