Oh hun dont get out down by him! Chin up! If his ex has been in touch then hes just probably confused. Just let him know that your ok and show him that you can get on with things without texting or phoning him. When he sees this he will probably think wow what am i doing! And you know what hun if he doesnt get in touch then you know your better off on your own - get out there have some fun and Mr right will come along when you least expect it. Good luck xx

We all go through the same thing when we've been dumped - its just easier if you know the reason why.

Sounds like he wasn't as committed to you as you thought.... but don't let yourself get too down.

There will be someone out there who will treat you the way you deserve, who will open up complety and will let you help with all his problems.

Surround yourself with your friends and family.

Be with friends, family, start dating & do things you enjoy to get your mind off of him. In time what your feeling will pass.

The problem isn't you, he probably thought he still had feelings for his ex & that is what created the situation your in.

I am sorry. I wish there was something i could say that would help. Its hell isn't it, my only advice is girlie friends! Call them up, get a bottle of wine in, fave DVD, plenty of tears! As for men.......who knows......!! All the best honey, hope you are ok soon, now call your mates up!!!
