I have a moderate score I just need a boost, any info would be appriciated

Your question is a common one. The best thing to do is nothing. Don't keep applying for credit. Don't keep using credit. Keep your bills current, pay more than the minimums, and save your need for credit for large purchases: home, car, etc. Do not cancel cards, especially the older ones to keep your history with credit on the records. It's all about time. Verify all of the information on your credit reports to make sure that there are no glaring errors. I've seen them.... sons having father's late payments on their credit reports, incorrect dates and addresses, outdated accounts still showing active or with balances.

Aside from disputing negative items there is no immediate way of raising your score. Getting your fico score up involves time, discipline and responsible habits.
