I am sure you know the answer to that, you will most likely have a warrant issued for your arrest for failure to appear. If you were arrested for a second DUI in five years and not knowing how Many times you did drive with out being stopped, I would think you should try and get some help before you kill someone or yourself. In my experience you will go on drinking until you do kill someone and then your problems will take you to a place you do not want to be. Hope you get some help.

It will catch up with you eventually. Your license will be suspended, so won't be able to get a license in another state. You might get entered into NCIC as a wanted person, so the next time you get stopped, not only will it show that your license is suspended, it will also tell the officer where you're wanted from. They will be able to find you by your tax or credit records. 2nd DUI in 5 years where I'm from is a misdemeanor, so it's not worth running from it. Face the music, pay the price and LEARN something from it this time and move on with your life!

As long as you didn't kill anyone your not going to get extradited for that. Make sure you go a few states away though... and never go back to that state because you will forever have a warrant for your arrest in that state.
This could cause you serious problems obtaining any job that has a background check. Most employers don't appreciate seeing a body only warrant for a felon outstanding. I would call a lawyer and discuss your options. I promise your not the first person to ever get 2 in 5.

Every state belongs to a Compact concerning driving licenses. Your license will be suspended in the original state, and no other state will be able to issue you a license until the issue is taken care of. The next time you get stopped, you will be arrested on your failure to appear warrant and you will also be arrested for driving while suspended. Plan to spend some time in the state penitentiary as a felon who failed to serve the sentence.

It all depends on what state you got tagged in and what state you are living in now. There are a ton "interstate compacts" in which a group of states agree to cooperate in the way they deal with certain things. One of those that has about 24 states in it recoginizes the motor vehicle penalties of the member states. Let's say you get tagged in Iowa and your license gets revoked, so you decide "to hell with Iowa" and move to Kansas, Well, as a member of that Compact, Kansas ain't gonna issue you a license either. Add to that the fact that if you get tagged in Kansas, the Iowa conviction will count against you as well when sentenced. Also, extradition from member States is also streamlined sometimes. So my advice is to go back to the state you screwed up in and pay the piper. Your only other choice is to live the life of a fugitive the rest of your life.

Hi not gonna show, Well I don't know where your from? However, if you were in good ol' California...you would get put on a "waiting" list. Then when your number was up, they would place you in a "program" for approx. 3 months, along with some community service, a small fee and then...you would get your license back in 365 fricken days! Move to the "Golden" state! Where frequent "flyers" definately go "First Class"! XOXO Moonpie

Like I suggested I jus can not keep in mind all the names. i do not look after si-fys or genuine undesirable horrors. i love dramas, love thoughts. as far as action videos in the adventure that they don't seem to a lot shoot em up i love. I also love suspense

You, have a learning problem. Do you think your driving and criminal record are not going to follow you? Warrants will be issued and your license suspended, you'll be tracked by your employment and tax records. You'll be stuck working minimum wage jobs, you won't be able to establish credit, and won't be able to get al drivers license in any other state.. Yeah, your problems are just starting. Good luck brainiac.
