hi i am 20 n have dark circles around my eyes
i have dark complexion rather brown but skin around my mouth is black
is there any cure or tip for it

Before taking any action (bleaching etc) I think you should see a doctor and ask for his opinion first. It never does any harm to rule out any medical problem before you self treat!!!
Once you know that you are OK you can try DIY stuff. Lemon juice rubbed (very carefully around the eyes!) on twice a day lightens the skin very gradually is is more gentle than bleaching.

Some people have this condition and seem to consider it unsightly. A lot of people have blood vessels just under our skin around our eyes. At times it can look dark, we can sometimes massage these areas to help the circulation, it sometimes helps. Other than this you'd have to used over the counter aides in helping this condition.

u can try Noxzema or any bleaching or lighting creams or go to your dermatologist for laser peeling treatment....
