Dieting is the complete opposite of good. I do not know what that weight in in Pounds,.. but Dieting is tortureing your body and trying to get it to starve and give into you. Then when you stop you gain a ton of weight if the Dieting alone hasn't done that.
You might want to change things slightly, but people takeing dieting too far. You may want to look into information on tiny excersizes you can add,.. just little additions to your current work outs that will do more then stretching and be aimed at the areas your haveing the most problems with.
Like I said you could change what you eat slightly. For people that don't get sick from milk, useing it as a drink subsitute is supposed to help.
If you cut back too much or change too much your body will panic and you will find yourself gaining weight.

Dieting-not good. Eating right-good. Most diets only work when you are on them and you gain the weight back plus some right away when you stop. However if you eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, fish, beans, soy and whole grains, with only a little salt and little sugar/sweets, you can develop good eating habits that will help you stay fit and healthy for life. Don't avoid sweets altogether as this can cause uncontrollable cravings followed by binging. I have eliminated pork from my diet, but try to at least limit it. Also use lean cuts of red meat, trim any fat before eating, and remove the skin of poultry and don't eat it. Try reducing your portions without starving yourself. The biggest meal should be breakfast, then lunch, then dinner, as you have less time to digest it before you go to bed. Dark leafy greens are very good for you. It's also helpful in losing weight to consume 24 oz of milk/day, preferably low or nonfat. Excess sodium can cause water retention and associated weight gain. Try herbs to season your food. Use cold-pressed olive oil for cooking, and try to bake or steam mostly. If you must fry, then use coconut oil because olive oil destabilizes at high heat. Rice is very good for you, in small-moderate quantities. Also drinking enough water is very important, for weight loss and your general health (at least 64 oz/ day). Exercising after meals will help boost your metabolism. Personally, I believe it is important to always take a good vitamin and mineral supplement. Also try to limit/eliminate alcohol, if you can.
Also, learn to love what you see in the mirror no matter what. A good attitude is very important. Think that you can, and will, lose weight; this is key.

some are, and this is slot better than eating the cooked american style diet, trust me, becuse u will never c a fat fruitarian (who has been one for at least 2 years anyways, because some people start this when they r obese)
eat small meals a day, best if one type of food (like banana in the morning, 2 hours later, plums, then 2 hours later, apples, etc.)
exercise regularly, but the longer in one time, the better. try walking to keep the time longer.
drink water, kodancha tea, matcha tea, any tea u make ur self w/o suger or nay suger like subsitute... only the tea and water. also, if u make fresh squized juice, that is fine, but do not buy them.
do not eat any animal related preoducts, they have absolutly not good effect on you, the animals suffer when killed (peta.com), and they are full of saturated fat. nuts have good, energy and fat burning type fats, but animal fats have the opposite effect. becone vegan
if u seriosly want to lose alot of weight, consider this=
http://www.fruitarian.com/ay/HowToBecomeFruitarian.htm
become a fruitarian, read throu the site, it is the healthist and most human way to live.

Diets are okay and everything, but they can decrease your metabolism, causing your body to conserve fat. What you really need is some long, slow aerobic exercise. Go for at least 12-15 minutes per day, and don't stop doing this once you get rid of the weight you want to get rid of.

From what I have heard about dieting, it is NOT
GOOD to do. I have heard it claimed that yo-yo dieting (going up and down in weight alot) is very bad for your health and also causes your metabolism to be rather confused and to go into a neutral stage where it actually fights losing weight. Also each time a person goes on a diet and loses weight I have heard it said that when they gain it back -they gain back even more than they lost and the next time they lose it is even harder to get the weight off.I believe and have heard it told that the smartest thing a person can do is to change their whole way of living....DO NOT TERM IT A DIET! THE TERM "DIET" CARRIES WITH IT A TAG OF "FAILURE" TO START WITH.THIS IS WHY IT BEGINS WITH THE WORD "DIE".
DIE--TO CEASE TO EXIST. THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT YOUR WEIGHT LOSS TO DO--IS IT? TO CEASE TO EXIST?
TERM IT "YOUR NEW LIFE" and treat it as such. DON'T GO AT IT WITH A NEGATIVE FRAME OF MIND SUCH AS IN A DIET BUT LOOK AT IT AS SOMETHING FUN YOU ARE GOING TO ENJOY.You are going to enjoy watching your figure getting smaller and being able to fit into all of those cool clothes you have been longing to be able to wear. It'a going to be fun having all of the guys looking at you and everyone telling you how nice you look.WAKE UP EACH MORNING-EAGER TO START YOUR NEW DAY!!
Think of how much healthier you are going to be and how much easier it is going to be for you to do all those fun things you love to do! If you are going to watch what you eat--the Organic food is good food to eat. It is Natural--the way God created it for us to eat, without all of the man-made chemicals in it that are so "bad" for us.
In the Bible God actually has the food listed that we are to eat to be healthy. It is found in the Old Testament. In a book called "Ezekial". I encourage you to take the time to read it. TAKE CARE OF THE BODY GOD GAVE YOU!!
I WISH YOU THE BEST!!

Not actually. Take care of what you are eating and go for regular exercise. If you will go for dieting then it increases the chances of becoming obese in the later years

Avoid junk foods, processed foods, ready meals, fizzy drinks and alcohol.
Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, and take plenty of exercise.
Losing weight too fast will only make things worse, as your body will think it is being starved and will take steps to slow down your metabolism and store fat.
