Zits, spots, pimples... call them what you will, they are terrible enemies for our beauty. Remember that pimples can't be prevented without a routine skin care regimen.
Here you are my most precious tips to prevent or treat them. I collected them just for you !

1. Wash face 2-3 times daily.

2. Use a gentle, water-soluble cleanser and tepid water.

3. Apply a medicated cream, such as benzoyl peroxide, to potential problem areas.

4. Use non-comedogenic moisturizers and makeup.

5. Avoid overmoisturizing the skin. Use the lightest-weight moisturizer necessary.

6. Use a mud mask once a week to clean out pores.

7. Try a medicated refining mask that cleanses and corrects problem skin.

8. Wash makeup brushes and sponges frequently to minimize dirt and bacteria.

9. Athletic activities and exposure to greasy environments, such as fast-food establishments, contribute to acne.

10. Drink plenty of water to flush out impurities.

11. Keep hands and hair away from face.

And now try this honey bleamish treatment, that's really magical...

Honey is great for drawing out impurities. It also contains a large amount of potassium, giving it antibacterial properties. For serious cases, try a complete facial mask of pure honey, rather than just a spot treatment.
Soak a cotton ball in warm salt water; press on the blemish for three minutes to help dissolve the top.
Dab a bit of honey on the affected area to deep-clean the pore and draw out any bacteria. Let sit for ten to 15 minutes.
Clean the face with normal cleanser; then rinse the skin well with warm water, then cool water.
Pat the skin dry.
I hope my tips will help to prevent or treat pimples... let me know if you get good results!!

pinples are the result of internal problems and accumulation of toxins in the body.Drink a lot of water, 6-8 glasses a day. Eat a lot of fresh fruit. At the same time maintain good skin hygeine. Use a mild face wash twice a day. Moisturize with an oil free moisturizer. Don't touch the pimples, they'll only become worse. Once a week, apply a face pack containing multani mitti, or chandan paste. If nothing works, see a dermatologist.

A simple answer would be to avoid the cause(s) that produces the symptoms (pimples). So, the causes for that are many and all may not be applicable to all. Ultimately, pimples are produced due to indigestion and impurity in your blood (as per Ayureveda, Indian medicine). So, what causes the impurity from outside level: poor lifestyle and food habits that ultimately leads to creation of toxins in your body as food that you eat does not get digestd and assimilated properly. So, what lifestlye and food will cause that anything that is hot and spicy, oily will quickly create pimples if not digested properly. Also, use Triphala churna/tablet available online to detoxify (read about it). Take it with warm water only. Experiment with it to see that how much quantity will help to get a good motion for you. The more toxins you will trow out of the body the less problems you will have and also reduced pimples. Also, you can use the same powder to creta paste and apply on pimples. It will dry them fast and easily. These are some guidelines but yes ultimately if you need to correct your digestion to digest and asimilate food properly to reduce toxins in your body. So, change lifestyle sleep poperly, chew food properly (ideally 32 times), excercise (do whatever appeals you), avoid cold foods (water, ice and anything that is cold) and taste wise avoid hot and spicy stuff (chilles, vinegar, etc). NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots
