Exercise. It doesnt matter if you do it for a long time, as long as you do some daily. Ive found no diet in the wolrd works as well as exercise. Then you can enjoy your food too.

Losing weight is simple (I didn't say easy). Eat less, exercise more. No gimmicks just reduce intake overall, reduce fats and refined carbs. Eat fresh fruit, veggies, lean protein, whole grains and low fat dairy. There are sample diets on the American Heart Association website and the American Cancer Society websites. Exercise 30-60 minutes 5 times a week, lift weights 1 time a week. Don't over complicate it.

just lost 80 lbs without hardly any exercise by cutting all dairy meat chicken fish fats as oils and eating lots of salads vegetables
and some fruits it's a heart and vascular diet that stops prostaglandin lowers cholesterol and tryglicerides a lot like the high fiber diet from weight watchers without meat my caloric intake
naturally plumetted and the weight just started falling off I've gone from 275 to 196 in four months give or take a few .hit those salads

The easiest way i have found is Atkins. Get the paper back book and do as it says. It is not just meat ...and bacon isnt a good idea after the first 2 weeks.
You dont want to lose it too fast however or you will cause yourself to get gallstones. This is from my doctor's mouth.

I got some simple remedies for you .
1.Mix honey in lemon juice and drink everyday morning after
brushing.
2.if you eat any oily items then after eating drink some hot
water.Because hot water dissolves fat and let your stomach
clean.
3.do some exercise at home but dont go to a gim.Because if you stop going to gim in the middle it will make your wait excess.
4.Don't lie immediatly after your lunch are dinner.it wil make the fat stay in your tummy.
follow these and get amased.

take amla rus 2 spoon with simple water &go for walk early in the morning atleast for 1 hr then take 1 glass of lemon water do some exercise. avoid sweets & fried eatables. if possible go for walk in the eve also and see the difference in 1 month only

Eat a little bit less than you do now and exercise for at least 30min. If you are starting out you can walk for 30min or workout to an exercise video at home. Good luck!

Take two table spoons of fresh lemon in empty stomach every day for a period of one fortnight.Leave a gap of one ortnight,repeat the same. This should work,if it does not abandon this,search for alternatives.

eat less fried items and junk food drink lot of water ,eat lot of vegetables go every day for a 30min walk try this for a month i am sure it will help
