when i eat 1 bar .. i feel like i wanna eat more and more!!! why i so love chocolate cakes also and ice-cream?! i wasn't like this ... that started recently !
I wanna STOP it .. i know it makes me fat .. but i really can't stop !!
what can i do ?? help

okay, let's start with typical milk chocolate. is this what you crave? if so, you are after the sugar, not the chocolate. there is so much more sugar in this then the theobromine that the sugar is what you are addicted to.

if you prefer dark chocolate, then it is theobromine which has you. it affects parts of your brain in a similar manner to coffee and heroin but is not as bad for you. also, dark chocolate has less sugar so will not make you as fat and less will satisfy you. all in all, a win/win situation, comparatively speaking.

Grancereale has some chocolate cookies for under 50 calories each. two of these things that are VERY chocolatey get rid of my cravings. They are also rich in protein, fiber and are made with 1/2 whole wheat so they are good for you!

Chocolate has something in it that makes people feel love too... Seriously... Look it up... Interesting. And plus choclate has antioxidants in it so its not really bad.

not only u but many ppl love chocolate too...u can ack ppl to lock the chocolate bar so u can't reach it n you won't feel addcited to it...hope that help...

i do have the same problem...but still i use to eat chocolates twice in a week...

choclate isnt that bad for u as long as u eat it in moderation, just remeber to pace urself and u should be fine
