He does it because he doesn't respect either one of you. He is selfish and using both of you for what he wants without regards to how it will affect either of you.
Why would you want to have sex with a man that doesn't care for you or respect you?
Why would you want to have sex with a man that is having sex with someone else, kissing someone else, performing oral sex, possibly anal sex with someone else?
You are screwing someone who puts his penis in someone else then in you or your mouth.
You are at risk for diseases, even if you practice safer sex.
Have enough respect for yourself to find a man who likes you and respects you enough to be willing to have sex with you and you alone.
