Try The Witch's Voice. They have listings of Pagans, Wiccans, and Wiccan groups from all over the country, broken down by state and then city. If you can't find it on Witchvox, it ain't there to find.

I can point you in a direction at least, go to www.witchvox.com and follow the links to the NY home page and that will connect you to many pagans from your area along with open circles, classes and many other things.
