ive heard cucumber and avocado are good, are there any others?

yes,apart frm cucumber,it orange n neem that will help u out 4 sure.
Drink neem juice,Seasonal orange juice.regularly.also,only food does not matter,take proper sleep,drink plenty water,and try to go out around any sea-side or beach to freshen ur self.u'l love it surely
than c the results urself.

Vegetables are important for good skin. They contain both vitamin A and vitamin C which are important for healthy skin. Everyone i have ever known that didnt like vegetables had horrible skin. Lots of water also. That helps so much you wont believe it. And stay away from junk food. Especially fatty fried stuff.
Keep your skin clean and dont use any oily make up or lotions. Try using some good astringent. It may make it worse at first but after about a week it will get better. Do not put straight alcohol on your skin or it will dry it out.
Get a good multi vitamin and take it faithfully. And just hang in there until you get older. It comes with the territory of being young. Hormones have a lot to do with it also. But following the advice i gave you will help.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

there are no food to prevent acne my dear. acne is caused by dirt and oil that clog up pores.
to prevent acne cut down on the fried and oily stuff. wash your face twice a day at least with a good facial wash.
always wipe and remove make up thoroughly if you've got some on. cause by not removin them thoroughly, your skin[pores] wont be able to breathe well =)
oh ya... 1 last thing.. drink lots n lots of water. as in plain water =)

Drink plenty of water and raw vegetables like carrot, green.. More over you ve to keep ur face clean.. Dirt n oil contents ll block the pores n causes acne...

Acnes are due to facial cleanliness, diet (too much deep fried food), dyhydration.

Drink plenty of water, fruits and vegetables, eat fish (omega fatty acid), Vit E, Primrose (synthetic form) will give you a clear and happy complexion.

There are a lot of myths about acne. An overall diet will help but you can't avoid acne altogether. Hormones cause acne too you can't change that either.

Well firstly I would drink plenty of water ,eat lots of UNCOOKED veggies & fruit . I personally love snacking on carrot & cucumber sticks. Don't eat too much sweet & fatty foods!!
