I believe that many things testify to His sense of humor. I am one of those.

As GOD gifted humanity with free will, humans are always surprising GOD with the choices we make and the things we do.
"but then when i think about it in order to make god laugh you'd have to amuse him and how can you amuse or impress somebody who is so far beyond your comprehension in every way" -- I guess I am supposed to suggest: ants do this when we watch them, or the family dog or cat? If you think of animals that are similar to us as we are to God? Did that make sense?

Do the Gods have a sense of humor? Have you SEEN a platypus?
Well, I for one know They do. I have many times gone through my rituals and dropped my dagger, once I almost set my skirt aflame and I cant remember how many times I have dropped, screwed up or otherswise messed up the lines in my spells/prayers. If They can't get a good laugh at my expense, I am not trying hard enough! AT least I know *I* amuse myself..I hope They get a kick out of it too!

This is true, God is far above our conprehension but we are indeed created in His image, and all good things come from God via the Second member of The Godhead Jesus Christ, and I don't believe Jesus was a sturn faces person, always serious, never smileing, like so many christians today that act as if they were baptized in pickle juice, God has A scence of humor and will give anyone one IF they will only ask, I don't know what makes God smile at us, but remember YOU are His kid and who would not smile at there own children, Hay free bible lessons www.itiswritten.com visit A Seventh Day Adventist Church in your area on Sabbath [Saturday not sunday is the Sabbath] EMAIL me also wgr88@yahoo.com God bless you

He might laugh at a human's feeble attempts to impress or humor him, if what you're saying about our range of comprehension of him is out of our reach.

I really don't know what would make God laugh, but I'm sure He does. I know that He made me laugh when I read the story about Balaam and his (we'll say donkey). The story is found in Numbers 22. Peace.

Absolutely! Since we are made in His Image, then it stands to reason that our "sense of humor" came from him in the first place. Its awesome to know that He loves us so much that He wants us to laugh & love & have joy beyond our fondest dreams!
To make God laugh...love Him in spite of yourself.

That is a great question!! But there is a time and place when he will be laughing believe it or not. You will think the Lord is terrible if you knew he would be laughing at people in pain about to sh** themselves because the didnt believe in him. He is coming back to take His earth by force.

I don't want to start any blasphemous rumors... (hee)
Seriously. How could God have made us and NOT have had a sense of humor? Have you looked at your feet lately? Or our methods of reproduction? If God did make us, he's got to find that alone hilarious--let alone the way we act.

Yes I do, just look at some of the WILD animals he put on earth, (us being among them) I'm sure that we make him smile, laugh, cry, hurt, all the emotions that he gave us.
