Ebay is a great place to find memory cards as well as a lot of other electronics. Just remember these two bits of advice:

1) Don't buy new cards. Wholesalers will never offer you a good price, and may even overcharge you in shipping. (Take a look at the shipping to make sure it isn't $80 for a 1 oz. card.)

2) Always do your shopping between 3am and 6am on Sunday. It sounds weird, but that's when eBay traffic is the lightest. There will be far fewer people to haggle the price at the last minute with you.

Beware very cheap SanDisc cards from Ebay...some are fake!
Memory cards have dropped so much in price, I would stick with a big box store in the neighborhood, or order from one of the trusted camera giants (B & H Photo, Calmeta, Adorama)
