no visa for u...

Wow, there are certainly some discrepancies in the answers. I get a kick out of those who answered that you absolutely need a visa when they obviously don't know the answer.

most visitors to hongkong , including citizents of the EU , australia , new zealand , the usa and canada can enter and stay for 90 days without visa.
british eu pasport holders get 180 days while south africans and asia are allowed to stay 30 days without visa

You need a valid passport and you are good to
go for a visit of 2 Weeks or less. If you plan to stay longer than 2 Weeks, you will probably need a tourist Visa. Remember to take enough money to cover the
airport tax fees.

You won't need a visa in going to HK if you plan to stay not longer than 2 weeks. If you intend to stay longer, then you need a visa. Should you plan to go to Shenzhen, China (just across the border) for shopping (cheaper than HK!), then you need to get a visa from the Phils. Btw, it's a good time to go to HK now because it's autumn and the weather's just perfect!

Enjoy your holidays!
