Find out if placent (yes, from when babies are born) is available for sale in India. (Processed, of course). Find capsules in liquid form, rub over the affected area, and expose it to the sun. After a few treatments, it should get rid of your vitiligo.

Seeds of "Bakuchi", Psoralea corylifolia contain a compound Psoralin which is very very helpful. But consult an Ayurvedic doctor.
The treatment is long but ulitmately the thing is cured.

first off there are so many types of pleco(which type)&it is not unusual,the small white dots(tiny circles)to be part of the skin pattern(they'll get more prominant as it grows)some types have yellow some black/white/blue. The ANGEL pleco;has white spots all over body&fins The MAGNUM pleco:olive grey/brown body,white bar/dorsal fin&some white spots on other fis&pectoral SNOWBALL pleco;dark brown/black body,white spots all over(some big some very small) PLECOSTOMUS:(hypostomus)brown body,white marking/spot+GOLD NUGGET PLECO,there's also one called SNOWY(obviuos reasons) I think it's most likly part of your pleco,but have a real close look&see if they appear to be on skin surface(touch him/see if it rubs off)if you have the slightest doubt,get antibiotic&add a little to tank(aquarium)be a shame to lose it,thes creatures are magnificent! yes there is treatment. but fonw should maintain diet . lots of restrictions are there. if one follows it can be get cured with in 3 yrs. in ayurvedic there is medicine.faith is more important.
