i dont think its alright to bite my fingernail, but yet i love to bite my toenails once in a while.
like when im depressed..
is this wrong

You could do worse things. I suppose if you feet are clean and you are not getting sick, it may not be so bad. However if you feel embarrassed about it to the point that it effects your self esteem try to find ways to prevent yourself from biting your toe nails for a few days and then a week and then a month, a year etc. You can stop any bad habit if you have a reason to.

If you would be embarrassed for some people to find out about it, It might be hurting your self esteem because you have this secret.

Try to find out why you get depressed or when you stop biting your toe nails, you'll quickly find another release for your feelings and that might be more damaging to you in the long run.

Find a substitute activity which is a good habit. Mend clothes, organize a dresser drawer, take up a new hobby. Play a video game. Call a friend. Get a pedicure. Give yourself a pedicure.
The choices are limitless. Say a prayer. Journal your prayers.

People do worse things.
You can stop a bad habit by replacing it with a good one.
The sooner the better. You might have a couple of practice quits first before you make a permanent change. Make sure you replace it with a good habit or you might find yourself fighting off something worse.
Try changing what you do immediately before you bite your toenails. Or try postponing it for a specific amount of time.
If it's still a problem by then you can make it your new Years resolution or give it up for lent.

Like I said, people do worse things but your habit might cause some depression rather than calm you. Doing things which embarrass you will harm you even if nobody finds out.

Actually it's nothing wrong with you. It's only your bad habit of
biting finger or toe nails when you're depressed.
I think you should try Yoga, a traditional practice of mind
concentration and deep breathing exercises which will help
you overcome the bad habit.
Go and seek this Yoga which is good for your mind and health.
Try it today!

Um well i personally think its gross just because of were my feet have been all day and i would never chew the toenails on them. But what ever floats your boat?? hm.

It's not wrong, it's just a bad habit. Good for you that you can get your toes in your mouth :) But be careful not to cause any infection.

I think that is just a bad habit. Try to keep yourself occupied. I have lots of friend who have the same problem.

umm.. I don't think it's that gross actually, you can do whatever you want, but aren't you worried about the germs.. I mean there are lots of germs on feet since they are on the floor all the time

Well at least you have decent fingernails.

I would probably want to stop doing it though because it can't be good for your teeth - toenails are tough!
