Anything as long as you are dressed and covered in the appropriate areas - that is fine..

I guess I've never thought about this question. As a mom of four ages 16, twins that are 10 and a 2 1/2 year old, I say whatever your wearing is the dress code. Of course I'm a sweats and t-shirt sleeper myself.

None really. Common sense is the answer. As long as there's no peek-a-boo! Because they get curious. I still wear PJs walking across the street to my son's Kindergarten class! Trust me, I'm not the only one.
Also, it's whatever ur willing to give up because u need to be comfortable "At Home". When I run a quick errand out the house, I just put a tee and jeans and flip flop. My husband likes the PJs though, most men think it's sexy.

There should be no dress code at home.

Is there a bouncer at your front door turning your family away for wearing jeans or trainers? Did you get an invitation saying "Gentlemen: black tie. Ladies: night dress or slip"? No - it's your house. You decide what to wear when based on what YOU think is appropriate.

I don't think there should be a dress code at home. Me and my husband don't think the human body is anything to be ashamed of and while we don't run around naked, it shouldn't be an issue if you kids see you changing or in your night gown and such. But you should dress as you feel is appropriate and if you don't want your child to see you undressed or in your night clothes, then keep covered up.

Sali,

Covered from the neck to the knees helps avoid the embarrassing questions.

A good robe hanging where you can get it on quickly in the dark or in the morning will help loads.
