"How much do you love this life?" -- I have my good days and bad days...
"For what reasons would you choose to live it prolonged?" -- For my family I guess. See my ex remarried. Son grow up. Family duty, etc.
"Would you be willing to live this life dependent on a machine or physical treatment?" -- Is the machine portable of temporary? My Uncle lived with his dialysis treatments. So that's portable/freedom of movement.
To be in a bed - unaware AND tied to 1 or more machines - then no, because I am not there, I think. But even this could be temporary as many recover after months of coma. so I would expect the routine time allotted as determined by experience of the medical team.
After the determined time of experience then turn all machines off, as I am really gone then.
Man - I guess I better write that will, I have been putting it off (I'm a professional procrastinator). Too deep too late at night. Need comedy!!! Later.

No machines. What's the point of living if you're not even able to truly enjoy it? All you're doing is prolonging the inevitable, leaving someone hooked up to a machine to wither away. Look at that poor Shiavo (sp?) woman last year. Sure she was alive, but what kind of quality of life did she have? She couldn't speak, walk, move, eat, nothing. That's not alive, to me - that's mostly dead. Would I prolong my life? Probably not. I take things too much to heart, and lately I've been losing all faith in everything I used to hold dear. I'm sure I'll get it back, but the emotional ups and downs I go through almost daily are not something I'd wish on anyone. Certainly not something I could live with forever...

I love this life with all my heart. I would not be willing to live this life dependant on a machine. As much as I love my life and my family, I also believe in quality of life. I've seen too many people wither and die, suffering loss of dignity, diminished mentality, and suffer agonies that made them beg to die. I would not prolong that existence for myself.

I wouldn't want to be on any machine to continue living. I would be willing to do this to give my loved ones time to get used to the fact that I was dying. That would be the only reason.

Life is great The spiritual masters that we refer to as deities are not at the level we are. we are blessed and if we do good we can be reunited with the lord these deities cannot do that. If you live life in a healthy way then you need no machine. I take no medicine I run I play and eat just enough

I would love to live longer to see what happens to my kids and grandchildren. And perhaps to explore other countries that I meant to visit but never did.
As long as I have my mental faculty and motor fuctions working, I would like to live longer, with or without the help of machines.

I love my life very much
on a machine?.....No
then this would not be life....I would not want to be a burden on those who love me
Edit:
It depends on what my illness could be.....If I don't stand a snowball chance in (you know what.......lol)then I still stand that I would not want to be a burden
but, however,If I had a chance at a decent or somewhat decent life then I would keep going

...I love my physical life very much. However, unlike most people, I'm not afraid to die. Matter of fact, short of suicide, I can't wait to get there. Must be because I have a clear understanding just where I would fit in in the spiritual realm.
...Your next question, if i'm brain dead or hardly registering synapse beeps then, please, turn the machine off.

I would love to live forever if there was a science to do it.Why not?We are only beginning to explore the universe and in a hundred years, if people don't blow up the Earth first, we might be able to travel and explore places that could take an eternity. That is worth living forever to me.
