how do u say help in the arabic language, and what does the name nasir mean?

what does the name un'sar or nasir, mean i what to know those names in there arabic meaning, because i would like to name my baby boy that january when he is born.

If you understand internet arabic, it is spelled mosa3ada in fus'ha and mosa3adeh in ammieh..

The name nasir or naser is a name for a boy and it means the victorious.. there is also the name abdulnasser, name of a previous Egyptian leader: Jamal abdulnasser, means worshipper of the victorious.
Insar is a name for a girl and it means bringing peace, victory and equity to people.. not a very common name though.

.un'sar is the plural of nasir, it means the supporter and the helper. It's a nice name :)

Help in the standard Arabic would be "an nag dah" say it quick and you will have a stressed "n" but not body uses this unless in books and in historical movies and that.


(sort of there's a letter that can't be pronounced in Engish for this one):
in Egyptian dialect its "sa dooni" this is for asking help from a group of people.
"sa edni" when you address a male, and "sa deeni" to address a female.
Also you can say "hud yel ha ni" means "some one please help me" in a more colloquial way! (the "u" in hud as somewhat like it in "but" not "put")

did u hear about al nasir salah al din, he is a very famous warrior who used to defend Islam, he used to stand by christians too, his name was Salah Al Din, but he got the title Nasir, because it described him.
