I have personally tried several diet supplements and the best i had so far is duromine(phertemine). I lose 7kg in 1 week and 14kg in 6 weeks but it has a lot of side effects such as increased blood pressure,sleepless nights, tarchycardia(fast heartbeat).
But you need a prescription before you can buy the medicine. It cost me less than $30 for 1 month supply of the medicine.But let me share my experience with you and hope that you will think about it carefully before giving it a try.
When i first took the medicine,i can't sleep the whole night and i continue taking the medicine but by the end of day 4, i was having severe stiff neck and severe headache and hubby had to call the ambulance when i turn cold and clammy.

Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
I tried many diet pills/shakes/bars with no or little results.
Than I tried Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
