I've always broken out in my T-zone. But in the last two months, I've suddenly broken out badly on my forehead, which I never broke out on before. The other parts of my face are normal--just my forehead has changed. Why would this be?

Your hair could be the problem, if it hangs down you're forehead at all you get the added grease from it on your face.

It could also be just your hormones, if it really bothers you go to the doctor for a professional opinion and perhaps some treatment.

apricot scrub and clinique toner works for me - just get the one that is right for you. You can get it cheap on ebay (although get an unopened one - you don't want to buy coloured pond water!)
