yes, if you toes were the exact lengths from foot to foot, you actually wouldn't be able to balance, but some people do have the exact lengths and have foot problems but that is out of 99/100 % that would happen. i hope that helps.

yap, its totally normal, actually every human being in this world doesn't have the exact length of toes. even our foot has different size from the other.
