Exercise costs nothing but your time and will fix the sagging. You don't need plastic inserted, if that's what you're asking.
Nooooooooo, don't do it!

No I wouldn't. That is too much to handle in a relationship, and I would be worried about him constantly. I would be a friend to him, but I couldn't be romantically involved. He has issues that need to be resolved. You cannot have a healthy relationship with someone that damaged.

After you are done having kids (because otherwise there is no point if you will breast feed again), you can have a breast lift. Prices vary, so you would have to consult a plastic surgeon. Also, there are risks, but you should get an informed consultation from a doctor before you decide one way or the other.

first thing first now is the time to worry about the coming child. hope he/she will be in good health as well as the mother too. it is certainly not the time to worry about "sagging" breast and finances too. hope the hubby understand those priorities. you have to accept the fact that "health" is everything and not part parcel of a unit. without health -- i don't have to tell you what you can not do. and with health you turn mountains upside down so to speak. so please...name the child appropriately -- make him/her grow nicely and then then -- when you feel stronger and healthy -- visit a consultant for the question of breast. the time lapse will give you time to assess the situation if it is temporary or permanent. hope it helps.

Nothing. You can't do anything about it. Its happens. That is what children do to them. Be proud that you are nursing them. How wonderful of a gift.
In the end, after all the children are born and you are finished, you can look into enhancement or a lift. I know enhancement is about $6000. Or about $2500 each. I am not sure about a lift. Google it.

after u are done breastfeeding your second baby, you can have a breast lift surgery. It's not like implants. It doesnt make your breasts bigger (or smaller). It just puts em where they used to be. I think its about $3000? Probably depends where you ive. I think its called mastapexy or something. Good luck.

almost everything you can do for free: - Cold shower, it is like a massage for breasts with a strong jet of water.
- exercise - gymnastics are the best you can do for your breasts
- were good brassiere in wich you will feel comfortable
- NEVER, NEVER do a surgical intervention, it is not worth it
Massage your breasts with oil (it can be even olive oil)
take good care of you, Good luck
