It's okay as long as you eat enough vegetables and fruits daily
in your normal diet. In fact, what you're eating here is already
sufficient. I've known some people who never liked to eat their
vegetables and fruits at all. But they usually take multi-vitamins
to supplement their diet.

its supposedt o be five servings of Fruits and Vegetables combined. So unless you have a reason not to eat fruit--like diabetes or obesity, that should be fine

I don't think so. Everyone needs both fresh fruits and vegetables for a balanced diet.

Not necessarily. The fruits are have lots of sugars and you need the more complex carbs from the veggies. dark leafy green veggies.
