I can tell you specifically that smoking causes lung cancer
which is incurable. It thickens the arteries and causes the heart
to beat erratically and also it creates opportunities for infections
like bacteria and virus to get into the body faster.
It will also affect the sperm count to be lower on the long run
and can cause damage to other vital organs from functioning
normally.
It's advisable to quit smoking if you can.
Take heed - thousands of people are dying of related smoking
diseases every day.

I think it will cause temporary starility. But I dont think It would ever be permanent. Unless this guy never stops smokin bud.

yes in time it can do that. i dont know how many years of smoking it takes to create this effect though.

yes, lower sperm count. I have heard of at least one permantly sterile guy.
