Well this weekend I am going to ask this woman out. I met her at her place of employment last weekend and if I see her this weekend I am just going to do like Nike and Just Do It. I know its childish, but I have never been good at asking women out, but I think I have a good grasp of it now. Any tips?

Guys get so worked up about these things when it's more impressive to the girl to just take the stress and pressure out of it.
Be casual, like you want to be friends. Relax and use humor - but not too much. You don't have to say like, "will you go out with me?"
Relax - say "what are you doing this weekend." Feel out the situation diplomatically before throwing your heart on your sleeve.
I mean why make it stressful or painful for her or for you? Just say - "hey I know this great place for this and that - would you like to join me this weekend?" If she says no, then not a big deal - you didn't come right out and share that you want to go on a date as it were.
She'll also not feel bad like she must have hurt your feelings. Spend some time with her that is not officially "dating" and see how things go for awhile.
This method will make the girl want to give you a chance, especially if you've only known her for a week. Don't push for everything right off the bat. Slow down.
Enjoy time together and relax.

You've got the right attitude - just do it. Because that's all most women want - is to be approached and asked out. That's more than half the battle.
Just smile and be polite and do your thing. You really can't lose.

Try to act like your not there to see her, pretend you actually are trying to buy some shoe or what ever, then accidently spot her, and be like " hey how are you?.... i didnt think you would be working today, i guess you just work alot huh? hehe so what do you know about these shoes?......... oh really haha tobad they dont have them in my color!.... ooh well im not in a big hurry to get them, so what time do you get off?.... oh really (look in her eyes).... what do you say we go________ .... yeah thats would be great let me get your number so I can call you to see if your ready.... oh and write down mine also... ok ill see you later! Bahm!
