Sorry, but your question is not clear. What do some crimes prescribe. Prescription most often relating to Doctors and drugs.

I think that only M.D.'s and Dentists have the right to legally prescribe anything. If a crime prescribed something, I'm sure it was probably an M.D. or a dentist... Dr. Crime, M.D. or Dr. Crime, D.D.S.
Oh! And veterinarians can prescribe... Dr. Crime, D.V.M. And psychiatrists can prescribe, but that is because they have their M.D.
