Get some pictures of meth-teeth and tell her that's what happens to your teeth when your bulimic. It's kinda true, and she'd probably rather have an extra pound or two.

If she's not bulimic then she could have what's called Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome, which is an abdominal Migrain. My daughter has that and everytime she gets over exhausted, a cold and/or flu is going around or she's had to much citric acid in her diet then she has these vomiting attacks.

You should tell someone immediately and get her help. This is a serious disease that could become fatal. The more someone throws up their food the smaller the stomach becomes and eventually causes an involuntary reaction of the stomach to vomit when food is put into it. Please get her help.

How old is your sister? Eating disorders can be fatal if left untreated. I would confront your sister and let her know that you know. If she denies it or refuses, talk to your parents and ask them to take her to the family physician so he can make a formal diagnosis.
