* Dermatologist used a sharp circular punch of about 5/8 inch to "remove" the mole.
* Dermatologist used stiches to close the hole
* I used a cream on the stitches given to me by the dermatologist
Great result. Very very little visible scarring.

not that i know of, but the scars are less noticable than the moles, but if they are being tested for cancer they will take a much larger chunk. have a dermatologist do it instead of a regular doctor.
