hello i have been chattin with this girl for a long time but more on a formal manner. we are much closer now and i am interested on her. how can i make my chat wif her a more personal and interesting manner. but it must be decent and must not be in a flirting manner. how?

Why do you think that flirting in not decent ?
Girls will probably surprise you..
They have feelings & desires of sex just as do you...
Just talk to them about it...
They won't be harmed...

It might be best to see if she would want to talk with you over the phone because this way it's easier for you to get personal without having to flirt. Just being able to hear her voice will be personal enough for now...and just ask her little things about her life, school/work without asking for too much info that might lead her to believe you're a stalker.

Just ask her if you can ask her a personal question. If she says yes, try a semi-personal question on her. If she responds favorably, try asking her if you can ask her another one at a different occasion. Gradually get to know her more personally in this manner. But if she ever says no to a question, respect that and talk about something else that is lighter.

You can flirt just be careful how you flirt! If you bring other girls up then she will not even want to think about you two being on the same planet! Be casual!

Be frank ask if she seeing someone,If not ask her if she would like to go to dinner with you some times. The worst she can say is no.
