Well, I wouldn't say 6 small meals a day, maybe 4 or 5 at the most, or you could just follow your normal eating habits one day. (Just eat everything you would normally eat.) Then the next day eat healthy stuff such as fruit and oatmeal and things like that, and repeat for however long you feel is right. (Don't have to eat a whole bunch of meals on the second day seeing how the process of eating one day, then not much the next is basically fooling your body the same way as eating a few meals would.)

Eat 4 to 6 small meals a day. If you let the body go hungry for too long , like say...skip breakfast or lunch your body goes into protect mode. It won't burn off calories because it doesn't know when more food is coming so it preserves what it has.

i heard about eat less a few days, and eat more the next day will speed your metabolism and lose weight.. i think eat a lot means eat as you usually eat-- 2000-2500 calories. for example, you probably eat 1200 calories for 3 days, and the fourth day eat 2000 claories..
I tried eat 6 meals a day, it didnt speed up my metabolism..
just try which one is works for you..

Do the 6 small meal one, very healthy and good for you. The second one MAY work for a while, but it is not good for your body nd will quite working after awhile. Its ok to go over your usual caloric intake once in a while, but not ok to "eat a lot"
